I was introduced to Seaweed with all of its nutritional and key healing benefits twenty years ago. Working two jobs, stress, not eating correctly and lack of sleep was sending my body into a tail spin.
The local health food store with their help, put me on the road to a more “healthier” way of eating and suggested supplementing my diet with Seaweed!
